AC Light Turns off and on - Click Images to enlarge.

Here are the Tools I used for the Job. Flathead Screwdriver, 9/32" Socket bit (or rachet socket), T-15 hex bit, and a bit driver.

First off you have to remove the plastice covering the ignition. I used a flat head screwdriver to pop it out.

Now you can pull off the black face. It pops right out. If you have the stock radio installed, that would be taken out after the face. Next remove the two bolts that are securing the AC control unit (circled in pic above).

When you pull out the AC control unit it will look like this^. Carefully remove the four circled items above.

Next Pull the knob out like in the picture above. Then put the unit face down like picture below.

Remove the two screws with the hex bit, then you want to clean the moon shaped metal strip, circled in the second picture, above. I first cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth, blew it dry with compressed air, then used and eraser and went over the cleaned area. Blew it again with air, then put everything back together. I tested it for the next couple of days and the AC light hasn't done the on/off thing. So, as of now, problem fixed.
